Frequently asked questions
What format are the files?
Each pack is a single PDF file (A4, colour). It opens on a computer, tablet or phone.
How do I print?
Print on A4 at "actual size / 100%". It stays legible on black-and-white printers. Copy the same page as often as you like for your home or class.
What does the licence cover?
The buyer may print unlimited copies for their own home or own class. Sharing, reselling or publishing the file online is prohibited. A school-wide licence is coming soon.
Are refunds available?
Packs are instantly downloaded digital content; under Turkish distance-selling rules the right of withdrawal can't be used once the download starts. If a file won't open or has an error, write to us and we'll send a corrected file or a refund.
How do I get the file after buying?
Payment is through Payhip; the download link appears on screen immediately and is emailed to you.
